RAPID PROTOTYPING

We have several prototyping solutions using different methods to produce precise prototypes to ensure shorter lead times from the product development stage to market.

PROTOTYPING TECHNOLOGIES

SLA – Stereolithography

SLA – Stereolithography is a 3D printing technology that uses UV- sensitive liquid resin to print prototypes layer by layer. This technology is ideal for samples with fine details and smooth surfaces.

SLS - Selective Laser Sintering

SLS – Selective Laser Sintering is a 3D printing technology that uses powder plastic materials. During the process, powder particles bind together using a laser to make complex shapes and geometries.

FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling

FDM, also known as Fused Deposition Modeling, is used to make functional and durable thermoplastic parts for fit and function testing.
